If you are an Accredited Public or Private School, and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us via traceable means in new condition within 30 days, and we will refund 100% of your purchase price (shipping NOT refundable). Please call customer service for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number prior to returning items. Please make sure you add your school name to your order at checkout to activate your return privileges. Discontinued items are Final Sale and NOT refundable.
If you are NOT a public or private school, then all products are absolutely NOT returnable for any refund or exchange. Please make sure you check what products you are purchasing.
