Shipping Information

LCS Products is not responsible for in-transit delays.

All orders placed on any of our websites will be shipped Freight On Board (FOB): ORIGIN. 

A customer can also arrange and pay for all shipping directly with any shipper of their choice.  Please email our shipping department after your order is placed at support@chaircaps.com.  This department will arrange for a refund of the shipping cost placed on our website, and assist in your shipping needs.  A copy of the shipping documents may be necessary for our records prior to your items being shipped. 

All orders shipped by UPS come with tracking and insurance included for up to $100 per package.  United States Postal Service (USPS) is insured for up to $100.00 per package if shipped via Priority Mail or Ground Advantage Services. If you would like to add additional insurance, please contact our office for a quote on higher-value insurance for your package(s).  Tracking is provided for ALL shipments.

Carrier Delivery Options

LCS Products chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. The carrier may also require a signature at their discretion. The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to LCS Products. You can email us at info@chaircaps.com if you wish to decline signature confirmation for your shipment.

If you are unavailable to provide a signature, LCS Products offers an easy option for you to receive your package.

Pick up package at carrier's local facility

After the first delivery attempt, you can request to pick up your package at the carrier's local facility. Call the number on the carrier's Delivery Notice and inform them you'd like to pick up your package in person.

To pick up your package from the carrier's local facility, you may need:

  • The Delivery Notice
  • Government ID (driver's license, passport) that matches the package name and address
  • Second ID with your name on it (credit card, social security card)

The carrier can release the package only to the person included on the shipping address.

Signature Confirmation

Signature Confirmation is available at NO CHARGE for all customers. Please request this service after you place your order via email at info@chaircaps.com or via fax at 561-776-1836. If you do NOT request Signature Confirmation, you have agreed that the USPS or UPS delivery confirmation notice will serve as a Signature Confirmation. You agree that Confirmation of Delivery via USPS or UPS is the SAME as Signature Confirmation and agree that the merchandise has been delivered, as if you had signed for the delivery in-person.

A Certification Form of Shipment not received and/or a police report may be necessary for all items claimed to be not received by the customer.
